This dedicated pumper unit is fitted to the customers own chassis cab.
A popular capacity of 180-gallon waste – 100-gallon fresh water and the facility for carrying 4 toilets, when the waste tank is full and water tank is empty. The framing and decking is of an aluminum construction, the pumper unit is also fitted with an extra storage box.
The capacities are determined by the chassis cab supplied to us i.e. 220-gallon waste – 100-gallon fresh water, but to carry only 2 toilets. This configuration is best suitable to a short wheel base vehicle.
The pumper comes complete with an 8 HP air-cooled petrol engine with both electric start and recoil start facilities, a 12-volt battery and a 2600 vacuum pressure pump.
The pumper unit comes complete with 15 meters of 50mm Gay Flo (Tiger Tail) hose complete with a 50mm UPVC ball valve and probe fitted to waste tank.
The water tank is treated in an aqua seal paint and can be retreated over time.
The water tank is fitted with 15 meters of 25mm hose complete with 2 brass ball valves and low-pressure discharge. The pumper unit is fitted with a 75mm discharge valve, 3 meters of waste discharge hose, 2 sight glasses, 1 pressure relief valve, 1 cut off trap when full and 1 vapor trap to protect vacuum pump. The engine and vacuum pump is covered by a removable steel cabinet.
